Yegg, why have you only issued bans to certain public streamers - there are some people who do not advertise their activities so overtly, but could easily be determined using IP checks (and cross referenced with their main accounts).

Why hasn't this between considered?

... They are, it's just that those people mentioned are popular streamers.

Look at the thread title. They've only issued bans for those openly advertising it (streaming) - no mention of others..

This is only the beginning. We're in the midst of a full analysis and will be issuing further bans once we've identified other players and accounts that have engaged in Elo boosting. This should happen in the next couple weeks.
