So i'll say it looks very clean at least, and most parts look very nice, appealing and improved. Changing the overall look and feel to the one it now has is a positive for me.

I'd request more customisation on individual parts on the HUD would help to.

eg. - Instead of just global scale, you can scale more parts of the HUD it individually
- Some fonts in certain windows and sections might need tuning or be free for adjustment also

Also throwing it out there... people have voiced opinions saying its a DotA2 rip-off. I know you don't wanna hear it but its been said. I guess it could also be because you try to fix what isn't broken... and isn't turning out so good.
