I am running 50mbps and to LA I see only 30 or so of that during peaks.

Next I also recommend doing some research into a tracert... Run a tracert to Riot's server and when you see the spike/drop/loss of packets copy the IP and call YOUR ISP. Your ISP can do just about as much as Riot can do for you.

Try closing down extra processes and anything in the background you do not need. E.G. Realplayer, java updater, torrents, music players, et cetera.

If you are on wireless try going to a wired setup to test. You lose alot of speed from wireless, believe me I lose 20Mbps from wireless vs wired.

I live a bit south of Seattle and have to jump up to Seattle to go back south towards riot. I don't have this issue :P Haven't had it for eons...

I have a friend in lousianna who uses his phone connection for net... he doesn't have this issue... I have a friend who plays from IRAN... he doesn't have this problem...

This is a load of **** then, i am wired and pay alott for my internet

My ping usually at 80-90... but now it's 200 - 300 and then up to 700-800 even 2000 sometime causing attemting to reconnect.

Its happening to me too. I want to play riot. I want to play.

I thought I was the only one O_o. I used to be able to skype, listen to music, and have facebook in the background, and play LoL, and run at 60 fps, and 80/90 ping at all times. Ever since about a month to two months ago. With nothing but LoL up, I sometimes hit around 800 to 1k ping during team fights. And, when I'm in a lane, tends to bounce from 80 to 300 to the point everything is delayed by 2 to 3 seconds. I know for certainty it's not my computer, or net speed, because this is the only game/function on my comp that this is even happening to. I even system restored, and everything to make sure...

Same thing with me. Ever since the Syndra patch I've had disconnection problems, high ping, etc.. It's bothersome. It started to get really bad 2 days ago. I play with a 180-300 ping now. Sometimes it'll jump up to 500 and even 1000 sometimes. It's pretty annoying when you're trying to play because the skill lag delay. This is literally what happens, I move in to fight and then can't move at all and just auto until the other team kills me... I just want to play. I've played RaiderZ and Smite and neither of them lag or anything. I've also asked other players about having ping spikes in game and a lot of others say they started getting bad ones 2 days ago also.

I recently had this issue happen after the Season 2 championships ended. I got this issue after the Twisted Fate remake patch.

My ping used to be around 47-60 ms. I am with Shaw in Vancouver, Canada. I could play with Skype calls ongoing with my friends and still experience minimal latency issues (80 ms).

After the TF patch I've gotten spikes of constant 150-700 ms latencies. I have turned off all voice chat programs, closed every non-League related program and I still have this problem.

Riot please fix your servers... It's getting annoying because I can't farm properly or even help my teammates in fights due to this lag.
