Morla was a regular girl living the simple life at a farm. Then one day, a mysterious man visits her. Little did she know he was Valmid, the Gemini King. She was immediately struck by his gracious demeanor and his charisma. Later that week, he revealed himself and told Morla he was dying. He wanted Morla to marry him, but Morla refused at first. But after telling her that they must marry in order for the "Gemini Balance" to continue (for if he dies and does not marry, the Gemini Balance will dissipate, and the world will go into chaos), she accepts. Not long after he dies. Upon dying though, Valmid gives Morla all of his powers, making her the Gemini Queen, an envoy of light and dark.
