Hello everyone, i have a question, is there an option ingame to report a player who is added into my "friends list" but way before a match?

Beacause he's trying at this moment to steal my ID and Pass, and that's a behavior to be punished with a full BAN. I have screenshot to proff it, but im sure riot staff can see the log anyways.
