Voice was consciously not added in this game for a reason. If you've ever played dota2 or css, you'll see that client side voice is rarely ever used. Also, the vehement nature that accompanies a moba means harassment and abuse are more likely than communication. Text is much better for randoms, skype is much better for premades.
