We better be getting something good for this ****. Been going on for a surplus of AT LEAST 6 hours now and there is not even a recognition of this bugs' existence.

I'm actually having the opposite problem. I can buy stuff from the store, but I'm not actually paying any IP. I didn't notice it until I noticed I still had 6000 IP despite buying a 3150 champ. I grabbed Ashe to test it and my IP count didn't go down. I'll avoid buying champs for a day or two just so I don' go abusing this, but just thought Riot should know.

I just want to buy Anivia QQ doesn't Riot understand how long it takes to build up IP? I been counting down the games for this!

Why hasnt riot recognized this? Is that normal?

I think they know about this and aren't doing anything about it because they are busy getting ready for the new bonus event. We really can't be mad at them as we have all our IP/RP but we should get something better in return than just one day of bonus IP in exchange for our shortcomings. I have been trying to set up a new rune page and this is setting me back. I think that this is unfair and I hate it lol.
