Does anyone think that riot will put up holiday runes on sale for halloween? I have 6ish k ip and wondering if it is worth saving?

I don't like the Halloween special runes since they are like tier 2.5. A very small difference between them and t3, but they are a bit weaker. I would rather wait for Christmas runes then spend ip on the Halloween ones.

as to if they are doing it this year, no idea.
