The way to make sure they're reported is to report them. You can submit a ticket to support via the button in the upper right of this screen.

I reported them for sure, but since it's only that case in the post-game chat, I'm just making sure this gets seen.

That's what I'm saying. It will be seen by riot if you attach it to a support ticket. They don't react to forum posts like this because "naming and shaming" is against the rules here.

riot needs to start applying pre/post game chat, because I will never punish for chat I can't see.
