Since July 10th I've been constantly working hard to improve my behaviour since my perm ban. I just got a 3 day ban till October 18th, sorry.. I guess I'm still toxic so I'm just going to quit league so I wont be toxic to anyone online again, people don't change. Don't even want to show my reform card.

Though not getting into the tribunal is easy. Don't focus on being less negative. Focus on being positive. Being a decent person isn't that hard, is it?
