Questions: is Shadow Isles content available temporarily like Harrowing content? More specifically: are Shadow Isles skins legacy or limited like Harrowing skins?

well in the create a game mode they have a map i do not see a shadow isle but i do see some unnamed isles im guessing it's a maybe but it would be a great map i think,they could create all new monsters or game type im still waiting on a kinda zombie like game type where armies of minons attack or monsters xp i miss old sivir Q.Q it would be fun to see her basic attack just bounce all over x3
