Just wanted to say thank you for taking the time to answer, have noticed over the last week that you have been the one to address alot of the forums curious users, so thought it was worth a thank you. As stated in a post prior to this one, I am curious if the skins will release tomorrow as with the icons or could we see them tonight, two days from now?

For what reason and for how long

Can you guys PLEASE start talking in less vague terms? What does this mean? Was there a problem and it will be enabled after a patch? Does a bit mean a few hours? Days? Weeks? I realize most of the time you can't tell me the hour but I would really appreciate some less vague language in Riot posts.

And can we please start getting info a little earlier? This patch was on schedule and on track and then suddenly it was an hour late. What happened? I don't mind the delays half as much as the lack of info.

Will the Harrowing/Shadow Isle skins be released tomorrow as well?

If you bought 0 rp but spent 5000 rp you would get the 5000 tier icons.
If you bought 3000 rp and spent 5000 rp you would get 5000 tier icons.
If you bought 5000 rp and spent 0 rp you would get 5000 tier icons.
If you bought 5000 rp and spent 5000 rp you would get 5000 tier icons.

If (spentRP > boughtRP)
then icontier=spentRP

Care to comment on lifetime RP rewards as well as good behavior rewards? I assume the latter is in a similar vein of last year's winter holidays RP gift.
