CURRENT UPVOTE PROGRESS TOWARD RIOT'S RESPONSE: 8%

I think it would be cool if everyone had a 3D model of a champion on their profile page. This would not be merely an image of the 3D game model, but the actual model, swaying/standing like it would in-game. I understand there are not advanced graphics in the client, but this could be merely a looping video of each champion posted onto the profile page backround. When someone clicks a champion, it says one of the champion lines. Everyone could select a champion that they own to display.

Or you could make it so the last played champion is displayed.

I think this would add a lot to the profile page.

Riot, is this doable?

I've been told they do this in DOTA 2. However, I've never played or seen DOTA before. This fact should reinforce the basis of it being a good idea.

I think it would be cool i would like that!

Major issue: there's no 3D model support in the PvP.net client right now, to the best of my knowledge. (the 3D stuff is all in the in-game client, which is a separate program) The current PvP.net client is laggy and glitchy as it is, so adding 3D model support to it would likely make it worse.
