The miniscule increase in queue times is hardly a major sacrifice considering how much it would save people from failed matches due to arguments, stubborn people and wacky compositions. It will even save people some time, instead of dodging or grieving or getting stuck with trolls who are unhappy they didn't get the position they wanted to play and counting the seconds to when they can surrender.
I hope you can see the big picture here, and support this idea.

More so than just that, it will overall take -less- time.. You add 1 minute or 30 seconds to the queue wait.. And can you imagine how much faster that would be when after those 2 or 3 minutes, you have an easy team select and move on straight to the game? .. Getting it done the -first- time instead of having to not only go back through queue, but go back to team select 3 or 4 times entirely? .. This would be MUCH faster. 1 minute longer in the queue, makes up for 4 minutes longer you'd have spent in the queue otherwise, and probably 2 other cycles of team select.. Plenty of ways to say it.. But it is faster, and much more efficient.
