When TSM won the Spring LCS they seemed very happy. However, what did they actually get? They didn't seem to win any money so did they win a better chance to qualify for worlds or something? I dont get why they have a spring and a summer LCS, what are the winning teams getting and what is it deciding?

they won $50,000 iirc it was a 100k prizepool.

Furthermore by not finishing in the bottom 4 they secured a position in which their team earns ~$12,500 per month for playing in LCS

And the top teams in the second half of the LCS get a spot at the world championships in October. Also, you get massive Reginald-sized E-peen.
