So can we assume the van damms pillager will still have 25 armor pen like it did on pbe? If the armor pen is gone like its listed in the stats here that item is beyond useless for 3k

EDIT: Also, no CDR on deathfire anymore? That was one of the major components for me that made it worth buying on occasion.

Disappointed to see Ezreal's Arcane Shift isn't being fixed. He can blink out of ANYTHING if it's done at the right time (which isn't hard).. I've seen him blink out of Taric stuns, Blitz pulls, even after being silenced.

Working as intended, right?

With the Ez nerf I really hope to see his stupid face less often.
