Niobe is a gleaming silver humanoid figure with a defined face and hair, no arms, and pointy legs, a conscious metallic liquid. Her basic attacks make an arm-like appendage grow out her side and shoot a glob of metal before retracting. Her legs don't move; rather, her legs retract and another one is placed when she walks.
Niobe is a highly mobile AP assassin. Because she uses parts of her own entity to attack, she uses health as a resource.

Innate: Conductivity
When Niobe gains health from any source, 50% of her health gained is applied to nearby allied units. (Range: 1500)

Q: Malleability
Niobe throws a glob of metal to the target area, dealing 75/115/155/195/235 (+50% AP) magic damage. Ingots are used to cast spells. When the ingot is consumed with a spell cast or by walking over it, Niobe regains the cost of this ability plus an additional 20% of her AP as health. The ingot disappears after 60 seconds or when Niobe dies.

W: Ductility
Passive: When Niobe consumes an ingot, her next basic attack will shoot a thin wire of metal, dealing 50/85/120/155/190 (+35% AP) magic damage.

Active: Niobe becomes a thin wire and dashes towards the cursor, dealing 50/85/120/155/190 (+35% AP) magic damage to all units she passes through. If Niobe passes through an ingot, this ability's cooldown is refreshed and the ingot is consumed.

Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/11 seconds

E: Density
Passive: When an ingot is consumed, Niobe gains 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 times the health regained as a shield for 6 seconds.

Active: Niobe creates an extremely dense ingot at the target area, pulling in nearby enemies and ingots and dealing 60/85/110/135/160 (+35% AP) magic damage to all targets. If an ingot is pulled in, it is consumed, pulling in all nearby enemies in a wider range and dealing additional damage. Subsequent strikes deal 50% less damage, down to 12.5% damage dealt. The same unit cannot be pulled more than twice.

R: Manifest
Niobe channels for 2/1.5/1 second(s), then manifests in the target ingot, consuming it and teleporting to its location. This refreshes all of Niobe's other cooldowns.
