My IPs are gone

I tried buying a rune in the store, it didn't work so i went over to the champions page and buy a character and it worked, but after that i went back to the rune page and tried to buy runes again, i ended losing all my IPs, can a GM fixed this please.

It's likely that the problem is just a temporary lag in the store database. If the problem continues for more than a day, please email support@riotgames.com with your transaction information.
