all my friends have runes and skins and toons that i cant play cuz i cant buy stuff

I am feeling what a sad panda would be feeling

If you're seeing incorrect amounts of RP or IP after you play games of LoL, this is due to the current delay from high concurrency. You may not be able to spend the IP/RP you believe you should have, but as the store usage levels out, this problem should be resolved on it's own.

NO... we have points we cant buy things because when we click to buy it does nothing.

soo i dont have my earned IP and i cant spend any RP

cuz other people are at a higher priority then the ones who bought a collecters pack?

or in general other people are at a higher priority
