Although I think you are testing them on 3v3 to hopefully spread them elsewhere

First thing I thought when reading the item list.
I've always preferred buying piecemeal in Dom rather than expensive items. I think that's why you see so many TF's and RoA's compared to IE's and Deathcaps. (Not that they're rare, just not omnipresent)

I'd love these weaker but cheaper items.
