this item says it deals 4% of current hp magic dmg and heals for half the amount wich means is basically a life steal of 2% of their current hp or 50% of the magic damage you deal with the item

It will heal you for half the damage it deals... just like the item says.

So after MR reduces the 4% down, you'll heal half that much.

It's not a lot, but it works on each hit without needing AD or AP. I'm excited about what this item could potentially do for Fiora.
