just had the same problem on the Nami update. used the 'secret code': "thereisnourflevel" and it definitely worked. riot sure has some interesting programmers hahah. dont hesitate to try this if you encounter this problem, you dont even have to type it anywhere!

It doesnt seem to be a fully functional version of the client but that urf thing does actually let you log or some combination of the keystrokes at least lets you get in

you dont need any response from riot, just type thereisnourflevel at beginning screen and you are done.
