I've attempted several times to fill out the prized event submission form and it hangs once I press submit. Eventually after a couple minutes, it returns to the form only the fields are all blank. I have tried this in 3 different browsers. I have also tried this on 3 different networks and still the same result. Sometimes when I click submit it takes me to the "oops something went wrong" screen with a bunch of Corkis airlifting Gragas. (which is hilarious but doesn't help at all)

Any input appreciated.
