I'm sorry, it was a new animation, not a particle effect. But something new nonetheless. I wouldn't hold out for even more extras on this skin, though. Expecting more out of a legacy skin rarely if ever on sale again that already has the most unique aspects to it out of all of the champion's skins...might be foolish.
