I play with a 1366x768 monitor so I'm one of those who have to suffer with resizing LoL every time I open it (woe is me).

When you have Opera open in the background and drag an item in the new Item Sets outside the LoL client a certain % distance the image of the icon will stay there over any program I bring up. This image persists until I close out of Opera.

I've tried with other programs like Chrome and no others will repeat this behavior. I'm able to make this work in Opera repeatedly with 100% success rate.

I've included some example pictures. This is kind of minorly annoying. I've yet to try starting a game with it open but I suspect I'd be playing with a BF sword in front of my face the whole time.
