I think of the children so when I see someone telling someone else to !@#$ themselves without being provoked verbally at all then I punish. Think of 12 year old Jimmy trying his hardest as Soraka and seeing in chat "**** you Soraka". In real world when a kid doesn't do exactly what you want you don't say that to him, you wouldn't do that to adults either but if you did you would be asking for a beating. Buncha chicken feces that act all tough just cus they are on internet should be punished and I am *sadface* that in many cases there are pardons where there shouldn't be.
