I've been banned once for 3 days thats it.
I barely troll, the most I'd say in game is if I was mad and I would say, my team is horrible. That's about it.
I've spent 600$ on this game, I've only been playing for 3 months, this game is so much fun to me.
Can someone please help me? I've sent in 3 tickets for help, all got resolved, I check the ticket, no reasons, no comments, nothing. Absolutely nothing.
What the flying **** is going on.
I've been banned until April 24th 2105 if that helps, also I was banned on the 17th of May, 2013.
You think they could of made a mistake in the ban? Giving me a perma instead of a week by accident?
Someone please tell me what to do, its driving me insane how I just got perma'd for nothing??

Do not recognize the year code but it does not seem to be a tribunal ban. You will need to contact them directly through the 'Support' button in the upper right.

It looks like it may be a billing issue or inappropriate name, but not sure with that year. Strange that they didn't respond to your tickets either, did you get any e-mails?

EDIT: Yeah, its innopropriate name (whoareyouslave? really?) Send in another ticket and tell them you want to change your name and that should do it.

If you were banned until 2105, it normally means your transaction was ****ed up or something. Either that or a name ban, but I don't see how Ucer is offensive.

Did you contact support to ask your question, like it says in the email?

Yeah for tribunal bans it usually says "in violation of summoner's code and..." but yours just says Terms of use so I think it's a chargeback.

I have no charge backs, everything has been paid via credit card I havent charged back anything.

Contact support as the email said. No one here can help.

I've contacted them 2 times 4 days ago, and once today, it said resolved and no feedback was left on the ticket...? I obviously re-opened it I'm trying to figure out if I can contact support any other way? Anyone know?
