The arcade building, Located near the institute, Is a bustling show of lights sounds and people. The Glowing blue neon light that hanged over the door spelled out ‘Nevin’s Arcade. It was a place in which many people can come to hang out, have fun, or simply mingle. The arcade had many video game Cabinets, including: KOG-MAN, Void Blaster, Catch the Poro, Void Invaders, Cho ’Gath Eat World, as well as various other cabinets. There are also a few alternative games such as dance games, Kareoke, skee ball, and table tennis.

There is a separate area that was used as a dance floor and eating area for those that just want to Dance, hang out, or mingle. Off to the side of the dance area was the miniature food court with a few food tables, and a bar-esque place that served food. It frequently served various things like soft pretzels, pizza, soft drinks, nachos, mini bags of chips, slushies, several types of snack foods, and a few types of alcoholic beverages for the more adult patrons.

Nevin’s Arcade is a video game arcade owned and operated by none other than Nevin himself. It is a multi-story establishment, with numerous assembled arcade games on the ground floor and office space on the floor above. The upper rooms have been furnished to serve as both a work space and accommodation, in which Nevin more often than not takes up residence there as a sort of VIP room.
There was a sign on one of the walls, indicating a few simple house rules
1. No fighting in the building. If you have a problem, take it outside.
2. No nudity in the public areas, this is a place for children as well.
3. No destroying equipment. You break it, you buy it.
4. Have fun.

The basement level is accessed by way of a secret door hidden behind a Cho ‘Gath Eat World arcade game on the ground floor. The hidden basement room is a cluttered inner sanctum concealing A private living space for Nevin, and any potential guests that may need to see him privately. The main Private room had a couch looking towards a hextech projector Small table, and a bar. Adjacent to that room was the bedroom quarters where Nevin Slept or a friend could crash if needed.

Rickand tommy(profile coming soon) walks into the arcade, "Wow, this place is awesome!" They both say in awe simultaneously. Rick runs over to the ping pong table, "Hey Tommy wanna play a game?"
"Sure, why not." They begin a equally matched game up to 21, with the two winning the same amount of points until it's tied up at 20, Rick picks up the ball, "OK, if we go win by 2 this will go on forever."
"Ya let's just go first one to 21." Rick serves the small ball hitting it the the right forcing Tommy to backhand it back barely lobbing it over, Rick sees the opportunity and spikes it over, sending it high into the air. Tommy backs up a couple steps and hits a line drive back at Rick. Rick caught off guard gets a weak backhand over, allowing Tommy to hit a liner in the upper corner. Rick dives for it and manages to get a piece of it, but it hits the net. "Yes! I finally beat you at this!"
Rick chuckles,"Yup guess you did ha. What do you want to do now?"

Cho'gath, the gentleman of the void, steps into the arcade. He looked around, rather confused and amazed by the machines. He rubs his monocle with a handkerchief to make sure this was happening. "I do say, what on earth is this place?!" he says silently to himself. He did not understand any of it. There were so many flashing lights and confusing machines. Squeezing through the tight isles ((1st attachment)), he saw the game titled "KOG-MAN." He stepped up to it, read the directions, and began playing it. He completely sucked, dieing to the first stage on the first stage. He then tried again, that time with a little more success. He continued playing it, scruched up between the machine and the wall behind him, blocking the isle. "What a splendid game!" he remarked. He chuckled, and started another round.

Lulu and Pix, after getting bored inside the Institute, decide to take a trip down to the new arcade place. Given how Lulu had never actually been inside an arcade before, and Pix knows very little about Hextech machinery, the two seemed completely lost since they entered the doors. They looked around, and spotted Cho'Gath playing one of the games in his Gentleman's uniform. Lulu approached the void monster, looking quite lost.

"Excuse me," Lulu started as any lost child would, tugging on the voidling's tuxedo, "But can you show us how these games work?"

Lulu looked over at the game, "Kog-Man? Is it like Kog'Maw?"

Kicking the door open but not breaking it, Hammdog thunders into the arcade. Booting up the Super Valoran Bros. machine, he began to enter the special code. "Up, up, doon, doon, leff, raight, leff, raight, shoot, jump, start!" He slapped the start button and the screen flashed all different colours. Suddenly Valorio had turned into Hammdog himself. The code changed Valorio into the player. Eyes glued to the screen, the highlander played one-handed as he swapped a bottle of Graggy Ice from behind the refreshment counter with a sack of gold. He took a swig and put both hands on the controller. He overheard Lulu and Cho'Gath's conversation. "Kog'Man? Bah, it's too easy. Just stand in th' corner and ye win." He slid two controllers across the arcade to Lulu and Cho'Gath. "I'll show ye th' ropes to a real game!"

Rick pointed over at the strange man, "Maybe we should check out what he is doing, looks like that game is fun." The two kids walked over amused and curious at the man, the yordle, and void creature.

Hammdog paused and glanced over his shoulder, seeing two children pointing at him and the game. He grabbed the wires on the two controllers he tossed towards Lulu and ChoGath, and yanked them, holding them out to the children. "Com' over 'ere, lads. I'll show ye hoo t' play."
