I know Vilemaw is supposed to be one tough mother, but has anyone seen the debuff he applies? I've seen him apply 34 stacks of it with a few attacks. Is that supposed to happen? An official response would be nice. And if it's intentional, do you think his power level is appropriate at the moment?
