I made a post about this on reddit, but wanted to put it on here as well to get the issue noticed. There seems to be a bug that causes a little "flash" above jungle camps when there is a enemy champion attacking that camp. I have noticed this 4 or 5 times and every time I went to investigate, I found someone there killing that camp. A few others on reddit expressed the same. I don't have any video or screen cap of it but I will try.
