Why are we not allowed to put down wards in the new Twisted Treeline?

I simply hate not being able to see anything, what so ever.

Simply put, it detracts from the way the map is supposed to be played.

The map is small enough. There are several champions who can get vision around the map too. Pointless to have wards. Though I do miss them from time to time.
