2) Top Laner = Open
3) Bottom Laner = Open

Requirements:
- Be above 1300 elo in at least 1 given queue
- Know how to play tankier champs (both AD and AP)
- Must have skype and must skype during all games
- Must listen to captain (me) at all times during the game with respect to teamfights and getting back, etc.
- Be enthusiastic about the team
- Be mature and at least 16 or 17 years old lol
