Same reason we can't have real twisted treeline "it will split up the community to 5 day queue times" which is a load of bs.

On the contrary... it's a perfectly valid argument. Have you tried queueing for Dominion draft? You could realistically be waiting for 2+ hours to get a game.

Small playerbase + unpopular queue type = omg queues.

I agree with a draft mode for TT. Especially if there is going to be an entire new map for it.
