Your suspension will be lifted on the date listed on the message you receive when trying to log in to the League of Legends client. The suspension will end at the same hour it started Pacific Time, as suspensions are applied in 24 hour cycles. Your leaver level will be reduced as you play subsequent games without leaving or idling in-game.
If you are having an issue with consistent crashes or problems with your internet please explain them to me, as we may be able to help you resolve your issue. We still wont be able to remove your suspension but we may be able to prevent this from happening in the future.

But with all due respect, what about the "Leaves" I obtained? I didn't "Leave" the previous 3 games and as noted on my first ticket, the server caused 7 to 8 people to leave game because we dc'd 7 to 8 times. Yet, I was still penalized in the Gangplank game and was penalized for the leaves following that game. I did not leave and that has been the underlying issue.
I did not leave and I did not idle. Request not resolved, but please don't message me if you're going to respond by giving me common knowledge and no solutions.
P.S.: I do appreciate the time you invested in this case, I'm just not satisfied with the result.

Yes, I understand that it was not your intention to leave that game and it was because of the internet issue, I have also experienced a few leaves due to circumstances beyond my control. Thus, someone who is constantly disconnecting or idling in the game will be temporarily suspended, because regardless of the reason for leaving or idling in the game they are still making it less enjoyable for other players. However, if you keep on playing without any disconnection regardless of any reason your leaver level will be subsequently removed.

My internet crashed due to a car crash on my road. My last game was appropriately titled "leave". But because I was falsely given leaves in the previous games, I am now banned again.
My only two options are to start a smurf account now or to quit the game. I think the latter sounds better. It's a shame because I had the same or more merit in the past couple of games than my friends did.
I want you to know that I'm not mad at you. You're probably following some outdated LoL protocol. But I've consistently said that I did not leave or IDLE the last games. Now I have to wait 7 days to play again. I loved playing this game with my brothers but now I think I'm done.
P.S.: Feel free to throw this ticket out if you may and don't worry about me rating this "Bad, I'm unsatisfied". I understand the amount of garbage you must have to deal with in this job.

I am really sorry if you feel that way, Paul. But thank you for playing League of Legends. We are sorry to hear that you will no longer be playing, but should you ever decide to come back your account will always remain in our system.
Please note that we do at times clear the Summoner names of inactive players. This will not delete your account, but if you stay inactive for a certain amount of time it is possible that your Summoner name could be reset. All of the items that you had purchased will stay on your account, however.

Issue was not investigated. I was falsely given leaves and the response I get is "sorry, better luck next time?" Is there a number I can call or something? I didn't wish to rate the service as unsatisfied but this is simply rediculous. LoL makes two errors and I get penalized? That's not fair at all and perhaps I will follow suit to get a refund on all the money I invested in this game

I understand how these suspensions can seem harsh, but this system was put in place for the greater good of the community. I'm sure if you had a player on your team who left the game or sat at base, whether intentionally or not, you would hope that player received some kind of warning for their behavior.
As I said before, we understand that accidents can sometimes happen, which is why we first issue warnings and short suspensions. These measures are intended to allow players to resolve the issues causing them to disconnect.
While I understand that there's a large difference in intent between leaving a game voluntarily and disconnecting for reasons beyond your control, I'm afraid that we really aren't able to make that distinction. If we were to differentiate between disconnects and voluntary leaves, it'd open up an opportunity for severe abuse - where players just sever their connections manually rather than face the penalty of leaving a game. As such, I'm afraid that any situation in which your account does not participate in the entirety of a game can be considered a "leave", whether that be your decision or otherwise.
Im sorry that I cant remove your suspension, but I am here to help you find the source of your issue and resolve it. The server caused me to leave games that led to my lv3 ban. I've been going back and forth with an LoL representative for weeks now and I'm getting the same response. After the Lv2 ban, I upgraded my internet so the issue is the LV3 ban due to your server. When the server lags and I get penalized, it's not fair. Once is understandable but more than once is a different story. I even brought up filing suit for a refund of the RP I invested in this game due to this grave inconvenience.
P.S.: Please note that I would not be going back and forth with Riot if it wasn't a serious issue as I have better things to do.

I don't know what to say other than "my concern has not been addressed". I viewed your post 2 days after you submitted it, but was not satisfied. If the time won't be taken to address my concern as indicated by the numerous "back and forth" responses by the previous support technicians and yourself (the icing on the cake) then I can't expect to have a solution

I've stated by trouble in great detail numerous times. I have multiple requests that date back to October 12 titled "Refund". Again, I accrued a ban due to server issues (over 7 to 8 people left the game). There were two to three games played with this issue where multiple people experienced "reconnecting" issues due to server. Yet, I was penalized for these games and not granted a "loss forgiven", but "LEAVES". The Leaves resulted in an upgraded level ban which I did not deserve.Therefore, I submitted numerous tickets and have waited since October 12 and I have yet to get a response or a remedy. I do not wish to hear about waiting bans out as it is unnecessary and unjust for a forthright and honor player to be wrongfully penalized due to server issues. If a solution to this problem is not found, I seek compensation.
P.S.: Note that in a previous ticket I did not request compensation, but due to the inconvenience and the dragging on of this issue, I would like to be compensated.

First of all, I apologize for any troubles you have been experiencing with our game. Unfortunately, the system does not allow modification of leaves, losses, or Elo. The system was built this way in an effort to prevent corruption. We are, however, working to better accommodate for disconnects and server stability.
Please note that while sometimes losses are prevented when our servers encounter a large scale issue, this is done proactively and at the time of any server complications. Losses cannot be removed retroactively. If you were involved in a game that ended prematurely because of large scale server issues, your losses would have been prevented.
If you believe this leave was the result of a bug in our system, please consider submitting your logs from the PVP.net preferences menu (top right corner of PVP.net). This will help us investigate the cause of the problem. Including a detailed description of what happened would also be beneficial.
If you are experiencing consistent network issues or crashes please let me know. I can help you troubleshoot them. I still won't have a way to alter your record, but hopefully we can reduce the chance of this happening in the future.
I am sorry that you experienced this problem and wish you good luck in all your future games.

My modem just crashed for 4mins and I relogged. I have no leaves in perhaps over 25 to 30 games. I was suspended for 7 or 8 days now. I've gone from less than 900 elo to over 1000 with a lot of honor. I even received an honorable sash. Now for a little dc I get banned for 7 days. I would like to contact a manager or someone in a higher position because I'm starting to think someone is deliberately messing with me. Please do not respond until my ban is lifted, my honor is restored, and until you provide me with a contact number of your manager because it's funny how I was honorable, went up over 100 elo, had mutliple victories, and after I invest money in this game I GET BANNED!?! Provide me with a contact number or a solution asap...
