I tried playing this morning but as soon as its about to load the summoners screen after the character selection it immediately brings me to a screen that says "Game is still in progress"

At this point I no longer have anymore options besides logging out and logging back in. When I do so it gives me the "Reconnect" option. However, when I try to click on "reconnect" nothing happens....

A couple hours later I tried playing again and the exact same thing happened. The summoner loading screen pops up as the "Game is still in progress screen"

So I now get a penalty for this and i'm only a few penalties away from being banned for something i haven't done ..

- LoL was working fine the night before
- I usally play as Cho'Gath but the two times I have tried playing today I have played with Twisted Fate.
------- Maybe this is happening due to the champion I chose?
-All of my friends are running LoL perfectly fine
-It Can't be my connection because my xbox live is working fine and internet on my computer are working fine as well
-Right when I turned on my computer this morning it popped up with an error
------- To fix it, it said to reboot the computer and update software
------- Also, it said it may delete some recently added programs..
-I'm from north Jersey and i'm playing during hurricane Sandy...
------- Although I doubt this is the problem because me and all of my neighbors electricity is working perfectly fine and my friends are playing LoL perfectly fine

Having the same problem. I could play perfectly fine until 3 days ago. Now all it does is get past champ select and say "you have left a game in progress. Please reconnect to the game" No idea what to do about it, I have repaired reinstalled and rebooted twice.

I got this same issue. I can just feel the ban coming.
