First of all i wanna apologize for my "bad english"

I am Claudio Copier, Admin and Creator of "Los Gorditos Loleros" a Chilean community

We are a "Hispanic Community" and we have 1700+ Fans

Now we start with a Tournament with 64 teams, where all Hispanic people can play
i mean Chile, Argentina, Perú, Colombia, Venezuela, México, España. etc

We request a tournament support a lot of times, but we never got an aswer

and we was asking if you can help us to know what we can do to get the support

PD: we are an "hispanic community" so all of our rules and stuff are in spanish

I'm having the same problem in North America. I would really appreciate some communication from Riot. Even if it is to tell me that there are problems and it is taking a bit longer than normal. I'm just waiting in the dark, though.
