Why do u guys allways make new champions and when ever they come out there always 6300 why cant they be like 3150 or 4800 i think its pretty stupid if there always 6300.

Does the the Law of Inverse Ninja Strength apply multiple times to this champion?

Also correct me if I am wrong, but this passive means that if you are below 50% hp, he needs a minimum of (8% of max hp) 6 hits to kill you, not including powers and before MR mitigates for you. OUCH so if he goes attack speed you are screwed if you get to half health.

His powers are similar to Lulu in that he has a minion that attacks his targets.
