I'm out of item ideas T_T

I'm making a really simple game for a hobby project, mostly just to do something bigger than what my friend is making (He's making a game on his graphing calculator, which is a tad insane if you ask me, I chose to do mine in VB)

So anyone with item ideas post below and i'll add it in. Anyone that gives me a good idea for an item gets to play it this weekend (Although, don't hold your breath, it might not be ready, and trust me, it won't be amazing.)
