Ever since the shadow isles patch was release it is almost impossible to scroll through your mastery/rune pages in champ select.

You have to have your cursor on the far end of it to make the bar move, and scrolling doesn't seem to work on it either.

Really annoying if you forgot to change and are trying to frantically swap it out with 5 seconds left, and you keep getting put back to the same selection.

Found out later yesterday night it also is really, really picky on the report a player menu as well.

Any idea what change to make it so damn touchy on allowing you to click on the bar?
