I bought frozen shen and did not like it. His arms look frosted when you zoom in up close all the way, but when you play from a normal distance, they look bright white. I didn't like my shen with bright glowing white arms. But that's me.

Scorpion Shen is significantly better than Sub-Zero Shen.
