Why must I be penalized for dodging at the last minute when I get matched with someone who is jungling tristana? And why is the time so long?

I'd rather people dodge the queue than whine all game and go afk. People dodge because waiting 5:30 is much better than waiting 20+ min till surrender. Thirty minutes is excessive.

30 minute dodge timer was put in to lesson the amount of dodges. This cannot be altered.

It does nothing to correct the root cause of the issue and only punishes those who wish to play a good fair game.
