It says this in the tooltip when you hover the mouse over your AP, 100 being the AP value

Shouldn't this be changed or removed since there are abilities with an AP ratio greater than 1.0?

Considering Nunu's been around forever, yes. Never mind that it's simply inaccurate as a whole, Nunu's existence from the start means they really shouldn't have put it like that ever.
