i'm playing some bot games; and i get bonus mana regen like from the chalice; extra mana regen the more i'm missing; but there's no sign of where i'm getting the buff from; or why.
so what's up with the bonus mana regen? things like that need to have clear sources.

It's a map-passive-buff like the one in dominion, probably to help mages be viable picks. Definitely needs a buff icon.

except for somereason what the map buff gives is hidden i noticed the mana regen too and assumed there was a dominion style aura but there isn't anywhere that i can find what if provides specifically
