Ziggs + Nocturne passive....
Well, now Ziggs throws a bomb that explodes an area, healing based on how many targets he hit. His abilities reduce the cooldown on it too, and so do his basic attacks. It also scales off his ap and deals 120% of the original damage. Ziggs just got op!
