Taric has 62 AD at level 1 with no runes, masteries, or items.

You can compare this to champions with swords and they often have 60 AD, max!

Clearly this is OP and he's already an anti fun champion so this needs nerf!@!@!!!

I see Taric in 80% of my games anyway and yet Janna is the one who gets nerfnerfnerfed so I'll support this out of principle.

If you're going to chain-nerf supports, chain-nerf ALL the supports.

Has Morello or anyone else ever adequately answered why they don't just make other supports better when they find one or two supports being used over the others? If Sona is being used over Janna, rather than massacre Sona further, why not give Janna back one of the eight billion things that have been taken from her instead?

The man is wielding a giant, truly outrageous hammer made of sharp diamonds. I think instead of the nerf, we lobby for a complete remake of Taric, so that he can become a slow swinging, heavy hitting beast of a melee carry. And he will need to yell "Truly outrageous!" whenever he uses his ult to dunk people, a la Garen's "Demacia!"
