The only part about the skin that stood out to me was the dragon and Q particle. Otherwise it looked like a recolor to me.
But I am pretty biased, I don't enjoy Lulu's visuals atm much regardless. I am sure others love it, but personally she just doesn't stand out for me,

It's a nice skin for sure, but it doesn't really feel like Lulu. I personally wouldn't purchase it.

The skin is great, I wish you'd apply the shape of her head on this one to the rest of her models though.

I also like the shield particle.

I don't really like the colors of the skin either. I wish you decided to keep Lulu's skin purple, and brighter fiery clothes would fit the skin more I think.The 'dragon' really doesn't look like a baby dragon, or whatever it's supposed to be and it's color is jarring to the rest of the skin as it stands. Particle effects would be nice too (fireball from pix.)

Her face looks creepy/odd. It's a dealbreaker for me. I really hope that part gets changed to a more normal/cute look, that face alone is the only thing standing in the way of buying the skin.

you do raise a good point though. simply stating that you do or do not like the skin isn't especially helpful in isolation. giving details and explanations whenever possible is appreciated.
I love the splash art, but in-game her face looks pretty weird. It should look a bit more like her standard skin's face imo.

i have a small problem with the splash art, ingame and in the other splash art pictures, lulu holds her staff in her left hand. in dragon tamer lulus splash art she holds it in her right hand.

Feedback: Pix should breathe Fire when you use Glitterlance (large flame) or auto-attack (small flame). This fire can be blue-tint or regular old red + a bit of yellow.

Also, Lulu's face and clothing with this skin is a bit odd and "uncanny valley"ish.

Also, 1350 RP, no bueno.
