The little cherub flying around the battlefield being annoying and sh*t.

Always flying, while idle he looks like he's sitting in an invisible car-seat (legs up in front of him).
Q: His victim is blinded by love: a pink cloud with heart particles.
E: Targets leave behind a trail of hearts (idea by Dues Pater)(also on his ultimate's poison)
R: Candy Hearts (idea by Sangromancer)

Feel free to take it upon yourself to draw better concept art.

While I'd love a Twitch skin, I don't think Heartseaker is for him. ^_^

I digress I forgot that lots of skins were retired recently. With the release of the Panda skin, Teemo has joint-most active skins with Ashe, Master Yi, Miss Fortune, Pantheon, Rammus and Veigar. If he's going to be bashed, he should at least have *the* most.

Draven does it all, so it would obviously be hard to find something he hasn't.

P.S. Looks like it should be a tango skin.
