My account name is BigDickFTW and my summoner name was the same. I came on to play yesterday and my summoner name was changed to "LargeRichard". I did not do this and am wondering why this happened.

Riot reserves the right to change your name if it is offensive or has explicit words in it. Well your name had both =P. You can email them and ask to change it to whatever you want, as long as it follows the code of conduct.

You'll have to contact support@riotgames.com to request an alternative name.
