With the new BotRK, what have you guys found to be the best way to build Ezreal? I used to always rush Bloodthrister then usually get IE and after that buy whichever item was best for the situation. Now that BotRK got buffed should I rush that or maybe rush IE then BotRK after?

I think BT is generally better.

Like Riot said, BotRK is an item used against health stacking. If you see tons of health, grab BotRK, otherwise stick with BT.

Blade of the Ruined King is pretty good on Ezreal. He can shave off a pretty good amount of health from the enemy team during poke wars through Mystic Shot. I wouldn't rush it on him though. Get it only after majority of your enemy team has started stacking health.

BT, Gauntlet, BoTRK, Statik Shiv, Warmog,Greaves really strong Q potential and kiting ability with a lot of dmg

Rush the scimitar part of king blade.

Get IE.

If the enemy is stacking health finish king blade.

If the enemy is stacking armor get whisper.

If the enemy is stacking neither or building well rounded get first part of pd then repeat checks on defense building.
