Is Riot going to rename this map?

The Twisted Treeline will no longer be available. Does that mean that this new map will be named The Shadow Isles, since that is what it is?

From a lore standpoint, it would have to be renamed. Maokai comes from the Twisted Treeline and I wouldn't want his home share a name with a place without any trees.

Regardless, I'm going to call it The Shadow Isles.

Have you actually looked at the map?

Cause it has trees...

No, they are not.

Yes, it does have trees. I think they did a good job of making them fit with Mao's look and feel.

The Shadow Isles is the entire chain of islands, TT just happens to be in that chain.

The new map doesn't have nearly the Twisted Forest feel of the old one. Not saying the Shadow Isles feel is bad, it's just ... not Twisted Treeline anymore.
